Requested reports and downloads

When you request a download, we use your name, email address and optional organisation to provide the file. We also store the requested file, language, campaign source and the times of the request, email acknowledgement and link redemption. A personal link is valid for the period stated in the email and can be redeemed once.

Request records and files are stored in Cloudflare D1 and R2 with EU data residency. We use Resend to send the email and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against automated requests. To limit repeated requests, we store an IP hash derived with a secret key and the current date; the original IP address is not stored in the downloads database. Request records are retained without automatic deletion. Download links still expire after the validity period stated in the email.

A download request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or trigger a newsletter confirmation email. If you would like to receive marketing klartext, please use the independent newsletter signup. This requires separate consent and email confirmation (double opt-in). Newsletter preferences are managed independently of downloads by the existing consent system. Contact hello@future-demand.com with any questions.

Cookies we set — and when

The full list of trackers, processors, and retention periods is authoritative in the iubenda cookie policy above. This plain-language table summarises what actually lands on your device at each stage, so you can verify it yourself in your browser's developer tools.
